pot Ceramic, h. 21 cm, Arte della Ceramica manufactory, 1950s Private collection |

| This coffee pot features an ornate and elegant design. The body is predominantly covered in a rich metallic gold finish, giving it a lustrous, reflective effect. Applied floral decorations adorn the body and lid—these flowers are pink with green leaves, arranged across the surface with delicate detail. The spout and handle are white with gold accents; the spout is elongated and gracefully curved, with a cluster of white leaves in relief at its base, their edges highlighted in gold. The handle, similarly accented with gold, finishes in intricate scrollwork where it joins the body. The lid is topped with a sculpted flower, echoing the floral motif on the body, and fits snugly into the narrow opening. This style is consistent with traditional Italian ceramic craftsmanship of the period, particularly associated with ceramic manufacturers in Sesto Fiorentino. |
