In this work, Wonder shows Time kneeling and holding a cloth that unveils the present. The golden scale on the ground signifies the weighing of moments or deeds, emphasising time’s role in judgement and balance. The fallen leaves scattered nearby evoke themes of decay and the transience of life. Through these symbols, Wonder reflects on the inevitability of change, mortality, and the quiet dignity of time’s progress.
