| Bouchet was a painter and engraver active in Lyon, where he resided. His known works include portraits and caricatures, which date between 1676 and 1714. He also completed prints for a number of books, including Les Agreables Divertissemens de la table, (1712), and a six-volume publication of the works of Bernard of Clairvaux, published in 1687, by Jacobus Merlo Horstius. | ||||||||||
