Rosario Bermudo Muñoz
(1951–)

Biographical

Rosario's mother worked as a servant in the household of the Counts of Puebla de Valverde, Leoncio's parents. According to reports, when they discovered she was pregnant with Leoncio's child, they dismissed her from their service. Years later, in 2014, Rosario filed a paternity lawsuit, which led to Leoncio's body being exhumed in 2017 for confirmation of the relationship. In 2024, the court ruled in her favour, granting her a share of the family inheritance and ordering her siblings to pay her portion.

Illegitimate daughter of Leoncio González de Gregorio and Rosario Muñoz, she is married and has issue.
