Darvall
(–1772) Biographical Darvall was sent to Bencoolen in the service of the East India Company and was second member on the council for Fort Marlborough there in 1761. Place of second marriage: St George's, Madras? Son of Anthony Darvall (son of Anthony Darvall and N Monks) and Mary Anther (†1774, probable daughter of John Anther of Beverley, and sister of Rev J. Anther who died in 1763), he was married firstly to Elizabeth Goodwin (†1775 Bencoolen, daughter of Richard Goodwin of St Helena), with issue; secondly to Anne Owen in 1762?, with issue, and thirdly to Eliza Salmon, with no issue. |
