Biographical
A film actress, she was the daughter of Sidney Harris (a lawyer), and
granddaughter of Gabbie Lydig Brady (wife of a New York Supreme Court
judge). Her maternal great-uncle was Charles Daly. Her auntie
May's first husband was from the Stevens family (of the feudal Stevens'
castle on the Hudson River) and her second husband was Herbert Harriman.
She married secondly Alexander Dallas Bache Pratt, and thirdly Leon Orlowski.[U73]
