Biographical
Installed as king of Mira by the Hittite king Mursili II, c. 1318. Afterwards,
Kuwaliya was attached to his kingdom.[KK1]
Staged a rebellion against Mursili II, c. 1309 BC, but was defeated, deposed
and deported to Hattusa.[KK1]
He was replaced by his nephew and adopted son Kupanta-Kurunta (fl. c.
1267 BC).[KK1]
