Biographical
Ruled Jerusalem with his wife Sibylla from 1186-90, and then alone until
he was deposed in 1192.[D1A]
Captured when fighting against Saladin's forces at Hattin near Tiberiade,
1187, but was real eased. Jerusalem fell to Saladin later that year which
sparked the Third Crusade.[J92]
He ceded his throne to Richard I of England in exchange for Cyrus in 1192.[J92] |
