Biographical
Concluded a commercial agreement for Venice with Treviso, 1309.[M3AE]
Sent to Avignon, 1309, to resolve the crisis the Papacy over Venice's
involvement in the civil war of Ferrara of 1308. An armistice was concluded,
1310, and the excommunication order that had been directed at Venice in
1308 was lifted by 1313.[M3AE]
Returned to Venice, 1313, and was received with great honours.[M3AE]
Accepted the request from the Pope for Venice to join the Crusades, 1330.[M3AE]
