(c. 1240–89) Biographical Although little is known of Juan's public activity, it is presumed that he was executed, along with his brother García and others, by order of King Sancho IV for dereliction of duty in relation to crime in Toledo. Other sources state that his wife was Juana Palomeque, despite his will clearly stating that she was Urraca Páez. Place of death: Toledo?
