García Álvarez de Toledo
(c. 1485–) Biographical After his mother's death in childbirth when he was born, García was sent to be raised by his maternal grandparents in Soria. Later, before the city of Soria, he had to prove his nobility in court. A ruling was issued in Valladolid on 3 October 1536 and confirmed on 14 May 1537 that recognised his nobility.
