Francisco de Toledo
(~1611–) Biographical Francisco, acting on his own behalf and on behalf of his children, Antonio Álvarez de Toledo y Estrada and Francisca de Toledo, together with his brother Diego de Toledo y Castro, submitted a petition to the Court of Nobility of the Royal Chancery of Valladolid. The document confirmed that they were likewise covered by the ruling on nobility granted to his uncle, the Master of the Field Don Juan Alonso de Toledo, on 20 July 1654, recognising their shared ancestry and direct male-line descent from the House of Villafranca.
