Alonso de Toledo
(1553–>1604) Biographical Alonso migrated to Chile in 1562 with his mother and siblings. In his youth, he fathered a daughter. He later became a priest. He drew up his will in Santiago, Chile, on 20 May 1604, in which he directed that his slaves be absolved from servitude after his death. Place of birth: Seville Son of Francisco de Toledo and María de Toledo, he had natural issue: • Isabel de Toledo, married >1600 to Francisco Merchán (†<1627) with issue |
