| The Parus caeruleus, commonly known as the Eurasian blue tit, is a small passerine bird found across Europe and parts of Asia. Recognised by its vibrant blue and yellow plumage, it inhabits various woodland habitats, gardens, and parks. Known for its agile and acrobatic foraging behaviour, the blue tit feeds primarily on insects, seeds, and nuts. It nests in tree holes or nest boxes, laying a clutch of eggs in spring. With its distinctive appearance and lively nature, the blue tit is a familiar and beloved sight in many regions. |
