Narragansett turkeys, a
cross between eastern wild turkey and the domestic stock,
flock together in a small group in a grim, almost defiant stance.
Pale heads, red wattles and broad feathering lend them a dramatic
intensity that feels somewhat theatrical as they stare out from the
scene. |
