Duckweed clings to the skin
of this hippopotamus as it floats quietly in the green-covered
water. Its eyes are half-closed, and the faint expression on its
face suggests a quiet, knowing smile. The water ripples gently
around it, yet the lumbering creature remains still, a calm figure
in the midst of the pond. It seems entirely content, basking in the
stillness, content and unbothered by the world beyond the pond. |
