Alix de Savoie
(-<1099)

Main Events

A charter from 1099 states that Alix donated property with her husband Boniface to a monastery. Her existence has been called into question by Szabolcs de Vajay who suggested that she never existed and was invented to validate Boniface's claim to Turin, although he had a valid claim via his mother.[1]
